These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rent Your Look website and the outfit rental service offered through it. Rent Your Look is a rental marketplace connecting customers who want to rent outfits with the owners who list those outfits for rent. By browsing the site, sending an inquiry, or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Rental Policy, which explains the practical rules of booking, security deposits, damage, and returns in detail — it forms part of these Terms.
By using this website or contacting us to inquire about or book an outfit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Rental Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service.
"We", "Us", "Our", "Rent Your Look" means the operators of this website and rental service.
"You", "Customer", "Renter" means any person who inquires about or books an outfit through the site.
"Owner" / "Partner" means the person or business who owns an outfit listed for rent on the site.
"Listing" means an outfit shown on the site with its rental price, security deposit and availability. "Booking" means a confirmed reservation of a Listing for agreed rental dates.
You must be at least 18 years old, or booking with the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian, to make a booking on this site — including bookings of kidswear made on behalf of a child. The adult who makes the booking is responsible for the outfit and for compliance with these Terms.
Rent Your Look acts as a marketplace and facilitator between Customers and Owners. We list outfits, help coordinate availability, bookings, pickup/delivery and payments/deposits between the two sides, and our team personally inspects and cleans outfits between rentals. We are not the manufacturer of the outfits and do not guarantee any specific brand, fabric origin, or that an outfit will look pixel-identical to its photograph, since these are real, previously-worn garments that are professionally cleaned and inspected before every rental.
When you inquire or book, you agree to provide accurate contact details (name, phone number, and delivery address where relevant) so that we can confirm your booking and coordinate pickup/delivery. You are responsible for responding to our WhatsApp/call confirmations in good time — bookings may be cancelled if we are unable to reach you to confirm details before the rental date.
Sending an inquiry from the site does not automatically confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only once our team has verified the outfit's availability for your chosen dates and confirmed the rental amount, security deposit and any delivery charges with you directly, typically over WhatsApp or a phone call.
At present, payments and security deposits are collected directly by our team (for example via UPI or cash) and are not processed through an online payment gateway on this website. All amounts will be clearly communicated to you before your booking is confirmed.
A rented outfit is for your personal, temporary use during the agreed rental period only. You agree not to:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please tell us as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone. Refund of any advance or deposit already paid depends on how close to the rental date the cancellation is made and whether the outfit has already been prepared or dispatched for you — our team will always inform you of the applicable refund, if any, at the time you request the cancellation. We take care to describe and photograph every outfit accurately and to clean and inspect it before dispatch. However, since outfits are rented, previously-worn garments, minor variation in shade, fabric feel, or fit compared to photographs can occur and does not by itself entitle you to a refund — please raise any concern with our team immediately on receiving the outfit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent Your Look is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as event inconvenience), or for delays caused by third-party courier/delivery partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that specific booking.
All text, photographs, logos and design on this website belong to Rent Your Look or our Owners/Partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how our service works. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
